No, we do not offer any additional discounts. Our all inclusive MRP is lower than most stores. Our products are offered directly from the manufacturer and with no overheads like rent, inventory costs, etc. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers by way of honest and competitive prices.

Delivery

Taj Solitaires provides free shipping on all items within India.

For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have several products under the Same Day Shipping section. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days. The rest of our products are 'Made to Order' and it takes us 2 to 19 business days to safely deliver these jewellery pieces to you. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address. Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Bluedart. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like Bluedart for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

Returns and Exchanges

After the final valuation of product is done by us, if you wish to exchange it 10% further deduction is done and if you wish to refund it 20% further deduction would be done after it's final valuation.

  • Company will value the product for exchange/refund on following basis:
    • Gold content will be valued on companies prevailing gold rate
    • Weight of gold will be net (excluding dirt, dust, lac, stones, pearls, diamonds and all other extraneous material)
    • Diamonds would be valued with appropriate deduction
    • Precious/semi-precious stones won’t be exchanged or refunded
    • Making charges, taxes and any discount given on original Tax Invoice would be deducted in any case
  • While normal wear and tear is to be expected, no value shall be given to excessive wear and tear, damage or stone defect in any case
  • While valuing the product for exchange/refund, company can send the product to the head office for quality check & verifying it’s exact amount
  • It is required to produce the original Tax Invoice and respected certificates at the time of exchange/refund. If the same aren’t produced an addition deduction of 10% -will be made on final product value as calculated by company would be final and binding
  • After all the valuation is done of product/s, 10% deduction would be made in case you want to exchange the product/s
  • If you want refund of product, 20% deduction would be done after the final valuation of product/s. Refunds would be made through Account Payee Cheque/Bank Transfer which may take 20-25 days and same would be issued on customer’s name written on Tax Invoice
  • In spite of the fact that whether the product is purchased from our company or not, it is the full discretion of company to exchange or refund the product or not in any case
  • Company gives guarantee for the quality of gold, diamond and other precious gems. But at no point in time company shall replace free of cost, repay or give guarantee as to the falling of gold, diamond or any other precious/semi-precious gems or stones in any situation

This will take you to the shopping bag, where details of your pendant will be given along with an option to browse for chains. Please note, that the price mentioned near the pendant is for the pendant only, you would need to buy the chain for it separately.

We accept VISA and Master Card (Indian cards only). You will need to key in your 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Taj Solitaires and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information

The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after 21 days when we receive your jewellery. Please mail or call our customer delight team with your bank account and IFSC code which can be found printed on your cheque book.

After Purchase Questions

We offer complimentary ring resizing within 30 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 30 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge. This is applicable for orders within India only.

If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box!.

Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else.

Policies

Our 30-day No Questions asked Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the date. Yes, It's that simple .We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification. This policy is applicable on orders within India only.

Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 30 days?

No. When we said, we'll return the money you paid in full, we meant it.

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizings, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day money back policy.

How do I return the product to Taj Solitaires within 30days?

  1. Call our customer delight team to place your return request.
  2. We will courier a Taj Solitaires tamper proof package to you. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area.
  3. Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Taj Solitaires. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
  4. Once your package is ready, just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
  5. Once your returned item is received by Taj Solitaires, your refund or new item will be processed.

This means your product's current value of gold, diamonds and coloured stones, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price listed on our website.

If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your Taj Solitaires account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be encashed.

If you choose to return the product, we will refund 90% of the total amount, with deductions towards making charges and discounts. Payment will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Taj Solitaires shall not be accepted for return.

We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy and Buy-Back Policy on Solitaires worth less than or equal to Rs. 10, 00,000 purchased from Taj Solitaires, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be exchanged or returned basis its current market value.

If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

Lifetime Exchange

The value of the exchanged solitaire will be credited to your Taj Solitaires account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back

If you choose to return the product, we will refund 80% of the total amount, with deductions towards discounts and making charges. Refund will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Solitaire exchange and buy-back will be dealt by our solitaire experts on a case to case basis. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to revise the exchange and buy-back amount of the product.

Solitaires and mounts showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Taj Solitaires or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for exchange.

  1. Valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  2. Any balance amount left in a used gift card can be reused within the validity period.
  3. Upto 3 gift cards can be used in single transaction.
  4. Gift card brought on the website is valid for all products available on www.Taj Solitaires.com.
  5. To redeem this gift card on www.Taj Solitaires.com, please use the Gift Card option on the payment page and enter the above card number and card pin while placing the order. Any balance amount left on the used gift card can be reused within the validity period.
  6. For return of products purchased using gift cards, the money returned will be credited in form of Bluecredits to the customer.
  7. Taj Solitaires is not responsible if the gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
  8. The gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged for cash.
